- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Physicians are good, but office staff is terrible and unprofessional. You call and get put on hold then they pick up the phone and hang it up. I have an 82 year old mother in law in pain and after meds didn't work he referred her to pain management. So a month has went by and no referral yet they will not even have any type of communication with you. I have called many time the office manager will not return my call. I have no complaint with the care of my mother in law other than the office staff is not good and they need to hire someone to answer the phones and do referrals.November 01, 2017by Rhonda Peterson
