  I went here back in June because I woke up with my eye nearly swollen shut and very sensitive to light and I could not see my regular doctor that day as she was out of the office, so I came here only to be spoken to rudely by almost everyone I came into contact with the doctor came in and barely looked at my eye and said it was pink eye and then when I went to check out I told them I would not be able to pay the full $150 dollars that day and asked to set up a payment plan the man at the desk told me I shouldn't come to the emergency room if it wasn't a real emergency and if I couldn't afford it, I was very upset by this and the fact that when I was able to go to my regular eye doctor she told me it had never been pink eye but some other sort of eye infection. They really need to work on their customer service, the ER was no where near busy it was the middle of a week day and I was the only one in the waiting room the doctor could have taken more time to check me over but instead he was rude and quick with me and as for the billing department they continue to call and harass and threaten me even if I have just given them a payment the day before.
