  What a pleasant experience I had at this office!! We just moved to the area and I was very nervous about finding a good dentist. I went in for a toothache and I knew from previous visits to my other dentist that I had a cavity, and from the pain I was feeling, it got bigger. The X-ray technician (Mrs Candice) was so sweet and knowledgeable. The dentist (Dr. Adams) was professional, experienced and very funny. Him and his assistant (Arianna) made me feel at ease about the treatment. I had a root canal. The best of all, it was all done on the same day, the same place, no referrals, no hassle. This is now my dentist place and I recommend it to anyone.

  I use to go there all the time and I must say that the staff was always friendly with me, the office was always clean, and they were always upfront with me about their prices. I stopped going because my last visit wasn't a pleasant one. The staff was still super friendly but that did nothing for the root canal and the pain that I endured from the last procedure. I was unable to eat or open my mouth wide enough to eat after my last visit. I went back to the dentist to get answers and they referred me to someone else. After kicking out more money, I was told that my jaw must've slipped out of place while they were performing the root canal. The third doctor told me that the dentist that performed the surgery should've given me breaks while performing the surgery. Well I defended the doctors by telling them that they did indeed give me breaks. Well obviously they weren't long enough. The team at Ideal kept calling for me to come in and complete the second half of the root canal but I couldn't because I was in pain and I couldn't open my mouth wide enough to eat let alone obtain a root canal. After my jaw was healed, I finally let them finish and I never returned. After going somewhere else, I realized how expensive they are compared to other dentist so I just stayed with the other dentist because I never had to use my care credit card and my insurance pretty much covers everything. I loved the people here and your experience with them maybe different from mine, but right now my wallet loves my current dentist.
